Returns Policy for Plascare Aust Pty Ltd
At Plascare, we understand that there may come a time where the customer may need to return a purchase. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for customers.
How to return the Plascare purchase
- Return to Warehouse:
The item/s may be returned in person to:

- Return via Post:
The item/s may be returned in their original condition to the above address via Australia Post for purchases made within Australia to be paid by the customer.
Please contact Plascare if the purchase was made outside of Australia.
Refunds can only be refunded to the account used to pay for the item.
The items need to be in a resaleable condition and sealed in a box.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the product, the customer is entitled to:
- a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.
The customer is also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, the customer is entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, the customer is entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund for any unused portion. The customer is also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
Change of Mind Returns – 30 Days
For change of mind returns, Plascare will be pleased to offer a refund or exchange of goods provided that:
- The item is returned within 30 days of purchase
- The item is in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging, is unused and as sold
The return request should be made in writing to Plascare.
Unless Australian Consumer Law applies, change of mind returns will not be available for any custom or special orders made, or where the item is required to be altered.
The cost of the freight will not be returned to the customer additionally for change of mind returns.
Faulty Goods Returns
If a received item is faulty and or damaged, kindly advise Plascare via phone or e-mail. Plascare may request further information such as evidence of the fault and or damage.
Plascare will then determine the nature and cause of the fault. Plascare reserves the right to decline the return where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect outside the recommended usage.
The payment method of the return will be determined by the original payment method. The cost of freight will be returned to the customer additionally.
Plascare will make best efforts in any instance where there is a product fault. It is recommended that the customer contacts Plascare to resolve any issue. Plascare may in turn contact the manufacturer for a product assessment to determine the nature of the problem and seek a resolution.
Plascare takes the privacy of customer data seriously.
Personal information collected from the customer at the time of the return will only be used for the purpose of verifying and processing the return.
